No applications have been received and no decisions have been made. This is your chance to give your input help shape a future application.
Pre-Application Consultation Virtual Meeting
Salotto Building Group Inc. is hosting a virtual pre-application community meeting to present a Draft Plan of Subdivision for a vacant lot located at 4375 Millcroft Park Drive.
The proposal has the potential to create 30 single-detached dwelling lots taking into consideration the lotting pattern of the surrounding community and will introduce a new 18m public road in a crescent shape through the new subdivision with two access points on Millcroft Park Drive.
The proposal is consistent with the City of Burlington’s Official Plan and meets the City’s Zoning By-Law, currently zoned as R3.2. As a result, no Official Plan Amendment or Zoning By-Law Amendment is required.
No development application has been submitted to the City of Burlington at this time, and the City has not made any decisions on this proposal.
A virtual Pre-Application Community meeting has been scheduled to gain valuable feedback from the local community on the proposed development.
During this meeting, KLM Planning Partners Inc. on-behalf of Salotto Building Group Inc., will introduce the proposed development and City Staff will provide an overview of the development application review process. Representatives from Salotto Building Group Inc. will also be present to answer any questions.
There will be an opportunity for the public to ask questions or provide feedback/comments on the proposed development following the presentation. Ward 6 Councillor Angelo Bentivegna and Mayor Marianne Meed Ward will also be in attendance to hear your input.
